Real Food for Real Kids (RFRK)

In Toddler and Children’s House 1, our students receive their meals and snacks from Real Food for Real Kids (RFRK). Committed to providing fresh, nutritious and delicious food, RFRK prepares meals from scratch using high-quality ingredients free from artificial colours, flavours and sweetners. Their team crafts sauces and dressings, ensuring full control over nutrition and taste.

RFRK’s seasonal menus introduces young learners to a variety of global flavours while meeting and exceeding the requirements of the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA). Each dish is thoughtfully designed to balance familiar favourites with new and culturally diverse meals, helping students expand their palates in engaging and nutritious ways.

The RFRK kitchen is peanut-, tree nut-, and shellfish-free, and all ingredients are rigorously vetted. Their comprehensive allergen management program ensures that children with dietary restrictions receive safe and appropriate meals.
