Frequently Asked Questions
I have an account with Discovery Day Camp. Can I use that account to log-in and register for Co-Curricular programs?
While we are using the same software as Discovery Day Camp, the Lauremont School co-curricular programs are separate so creating a new account will be required.
How do I register for a program?
Your classroom number is needed to set-up and complete registration. If you have not received your class placement letter or have misplaced it, you may call the school for assistance.
Program registration is on a first come, first served basis. There are a limited number of students in each program. We require the minimum number of participants for a program to run. If this number is not reached, the program will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
I have not registered before, how do I do that?
For new registrations, please review the following video on how to complete registration based on what type of applicant you are:
What is the deadline to enrol in the co-curricular program?
The deadline to enrol is February 17, 2026. In order to complete registration, you must complete the online registration form and submit payment by February 26 at 4:00 PM. In order for your registration to be confirmed, full payment must be made with a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) at the time of completing the online form. We are unable to process later enrolment after February 26.
I have started my registration but it will not allow me to proceed to pay. What’s happening?
This means there could be a form or a selection that has not been completed that is mandatory. Please go back and check Step 3 in the registration process and make sure the word ‘COMPLETED’ appears by each form (illustrated in the picture below):
I have tried to pay with my credit card but the website won’t accept it. What’s happening?
There are a couple of reasons this could be happening so please check the following:
-
- Check the type of card you are using. Our merchant only accepts Visa or MasterCard.
- Double check that you have entered your card number and expiry dates correctly.
- Ensure that the credit card has not been issued from outside of North America.
Can I see what I have registered for?
Yes! You can log back into the registration site at any time and review your registration. Click here for a short video on locating a copy of registrations or a receipt for payment.
I do not have a receipt for my payment. Where can I find it?
You can log back into the registration site at any time and print a receipt for your registration. Click here for a short video on locating a copy of registrations or a receipt for payment.
How will my child get from their class to the co-curricular activity they are registered for?
Your child’s homeroom teacher will ensure they are taken to the correct activity at 4:00 PM. At 5:00 PM, extra-curricular staff take any students signed up for the extended care program until 6:00 PM to their designated room.
Do you offer refunds on extracurricular program registrations?
Once a program has started, Lauremont School cannot refund or pro-rate any payment for missed classes due to school co-curricular activities/events/trips and school closures or program cancellations due to inclement weather.
No refund requests will be accepted after the registration deadline date.
What is the pick-up procedure for co-curricular activities?
Parents should park and enter the school through the main doors at the Atrium. Please have your parent badge clearly visible for the front desk receptionist. Proceed to your child’s assigned extracurricular room for pick up. Programs end at 5:00 PM and students should be picked up promptly at that time.
Disclaimer about closures
Lauremont School has the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to any school activities requiring the use of any facility. There will not be any make-up class(es) for school closures and program cancellations due to inclement weather.
