Duke of Edinburgh Award

The Duke of Edinburgh Award program is an internationally recognized program designed for students aged 14 and up. It offers hands-on opportunities to engage in community service, develop personal skills, participate in physical activities, and embark on outdoor experiences. This program aligns seamlessly with the IB Programme and Lauremont School’s mission to cultivate well-rounded students, providing valuable experiences across various areas of life.

Lauremont Schulich Experience

The Lauremont Schulich Experience (LSE) is an exclusive program developed through a collaboration between YSpace at York University, Schulich ExecEd, and Lauremont School. Open to all current Grade 9 and 10 students, the LSE integrates seamlessly with their regular coursework, complementing in-class work on design thinking, public speaking, inquiry, and collaboration. This program applies business concepts like branding and market research to social issues, encouraging students to create sustainable social change.
